We pull the land registry record, the notarial closing prices for your postcode and property type, and everything comparable that has sold around you in the last twelve months. You get that report whether or not you sell with us.
A price you can defend
A range, not a number, with the reasoning written down: what adds value in your case, what takes it away, and what the market will actually pay this quarter. If the figure you had in mind is not realistic, we will say so then and not three months later.
Then the marketing
Professional photography, floor plan and video. Portals, the Keller Williams network, and our own buyer list, which is where a good part of our sales come from before anything is published.
