Milla de Oro
The four kilometres between Marbella town and Puerto Banús. You pay for the location and for being able to walk everywhere, which almost nowhere else here allows.

The valley of the golf courses, just above Puerto Banús. More metres for your money than the beachfront, and the only area where a family can live here all year without a car for every member.

Up against La Concha, above the Golden Mile. Gated, quiet, and ten degrees of comfort cooler in August. The classic choice for a main residence.

Inland and higher up: the big plots and the real privacy, from El Paraíso to La Zagaleta. Twenty-five minutes from the beach, and that is the whole trade-off.

The best sand in Marbella and the pine woods. Prices a third below the Golden Mile for the same distance to the sea, because the town centre is fifteen minutes away.

Where the new build is. A real town that works in winter, with the best value per square metre on this stretch of coast, and the only place still growing.
